The ride will slay 226 curves to reach Kentucky’s highest in elevation atop Black Mountain 4,145 feet. You will be able to pull on the over look for scenic pictures and then the ride plans to travel to Big Stone Gap, Virginia to have lunch at Curklins! Plan to see you there and dont forget to register!

Let’s start this year off with fun! Event will start at the Dragon Slayer Hwy 160 at 10 a.m. and will end at 4 p.m. We want you to explore and be able to enjoy yourself while you are in Appalachia’s Best Kept Secret. So get out there and take pictures of coal, coal mines etc and then submit your pictures to Dragon Slayer Hwy 160 and return to the welcome center to enter for the raffle, the Winner will be announced at 5 p.m. for some Appalachian Goodies! Hope to see everyone at the event to support your local Coal Miners!
